Cancellation of reservation: Cancel your booking: Booking can be cancelled for free up to 7 days before arrival. If the case of cancellation, the paid advance shall be returned within 7 days from the day of booking cancellation and reduced by the cost of the online payment service. If the booking is cancelled after the indicated period or if the guest doesn’t arrive on the arrival day, the pension shall charge the guest 30.00% of the booking value. In order to confirm your booking you have to provide credit card details or make an advance payment of 30.00% of the booking value via the online payment system.
